What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We may collect information about you for 4 reasons: to provide you a regular invoice for your order, to respond to any queries which you may have, to send newsletters you have previously agreed to receive, to give you a better service by asking you a feedback on our activity through Google forms or other survey tools such as contact forms.
The type of information we may collect about you includes:

We like to receive feedbacks, because your opinion matters. For this reason we may share links to collect ideas and preferences through Google forms or other survey tools. We are not interested in linking answers with the name of the interviewee, and we will avoid to ask personal information if not necessary, because we are only interested in aggregate data. However, in the end of the form we may ask you to leave us your email address (not mandatory) if you agree on being subscribed to our newsletter.
We will use the information we collect only for quality reasons: it will help us to improve our services.
